Wilko offer their support

Wilko have donated a whopping £550 worth of items for our Free Cancer Care Hampers! Staff members from their Rugeley store are also fundraising this weekend, with all proceeds going to our Foundation.

Wilko CEO Jerome Saint-Marc said “Our team members are the beating heart of our stores and have helped make Wilko a high street hub for Britain over the last nine decades. This donation, organised by our fantastic team in Rugeley is one of many projects that we’re undertaking locally to support hard working families , communities and Vunerable individuals up and down the country as part of our 90th birthday celebrations.”

He continued to say “As this donation commemorates a much-loved team member who is sadly no longer with us, it feels particularly special”

Katherine Allport worked for Wilko stores for many years and were very understanding and supportive during her Cancer treatment.
